Checkpoint Technologies and TestSavant.AI Partner to Bring AI Assurance Testing to Enterprise Customers

TAMPA, Fla. and LOS ANGELES, Calif., July 30, 2026 — Companies are putting generative AI into customer-facing products, internal tools, software platforms, and core business processes. Many are moving quickly, while the methods used to test these systems are still catching up.

Checkpoint Technologies and TestSavant.AI have partnered to help customers address that gap.

With the collaboration, Checkpoint Technologies will offer AI assurance assessments and testing services powered by the TestSavant.AI platform.

The partnership brings together Checkpoint’s experience in software quality engineering and enterprise testing with TestSavant.AI’s platform for evaluating generative AI applications, RAG systems, AI assistants, and agentic workflows.

Customers will be able to work with Checkpoint to identify risky AI behavior, find weaknesses in current test coverage, and determine what must be addressed before an AI application is released into production.

“Our customers are already exploring how AI can improve their products and operations, but many are still working out how to test it with the same discipline they apply to the rest of their software,” said Bob Crews, CEO and Co-Founder of Checkpoint Technologies. “TestSavant.AI gives us a practical way to help them do that. This partnership allows us to extend Checkpoint’s software quality expertise into AI assurance and help customers move forward with a clearer understanding of their risks.”

Testing AI before customers find the problems

Established software testing practices remain essential, but AI applications introduce additional challenges.

The same prompt can produce different answers. Model behavior can be affected by retrieval data, memory, system instructions, third-party services, and model updates. Agentic applications may also call tools, use APIs, take actions, and pass information between multiple systems.

These applications can produce inaccurate answers, expose sensitive information, follow malicious instructions, misuse connected tools, or fail during multi-step workflows.

Checkpoint will use the TestSavant.AI platform to help customers test these behaviors within the context of their own applications, data, users, and business requirements.

For example, an enterprise AI assistant connected to internal documents and external tools needs more than a basic functional test. Teams need to know whether it retrieves the right information, protects confidential data, resists prompt injection, follows company policies, and uses connected systems safely.

“Checkpoint understands how enterprise teams build, test, and release software,” said Alex Belotsky, Co-Founder and CEO of TestSavant.AI. “That experience is exactly what companies need as they move AI from prototypes into real applications. Together, we can help customers test these systems before users find the problems for them, define clear release requirements, and keep testing as the applications are updated.”

How customers can get started

Customers can begin with an AI Assurance Readiness Assessment or a focused test of an existing AI application.

Checkpoint and TestSavant.AI can help organizations:

  • Review an AI application’s quality, security, and operational risks
  • Test for unsafe, unreliable, or unexpected behavior
  • Evaluate RAG systems, agents, tools, APIs, and multi-step workflows
  • Identify gaps in current test coverage
  • Define clear release requirements and acceptance thresholds
  • Plan regression testing, release controls, and runtime safeguards

The first engagement is intended to give customers a practical view of where their highest risks are and where deeper testing is needed.

Based on the results, Checkpoint and TestSavant.AI can help define follow-on testing, release controls, runtime guardrails, and ongoing assurance requirements.

The service is designed for organizations preparing to release an AI application, expanding an existing deployment, connecting AI to enterprise data or tools, or seeking stronger evidence for security, governance, and production approval.

Organizations interested in evaluating a generative AI application, AI assistant, RAG system, or agentic workflow can contact Checkpoint Technologies to request an AI Assurance Readiness Assessment.
